Pascale is a Chartered Governance Professional and currently works at British Land, a FTSE 100 developer and owner of real estate. In her role, she supports the board and wider business in promoting and maintaining high standards of corporate governance and best practice.

Originally from West Yorkshire, Pascale has a strong personal connection to Netball. She played at club, county and regional levels, and captained the First VII team at the University of York. Having had a brilliant experience progressing through the Netball pathway, Pascale joined the Yorkshire Netball Regional Management Board as Governance Lead to give back to the region and help support the continued development of the sport for future players.
