We're looking for a new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead

Are you passionate about making sport diverse, inclusive and welcoming?

Are you someone who could lead our Board in championing equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across Netball in Yorkshire?

We’re looking for a passionate, values-led individual to join the Yorkshire Netball Regional Management Board as our regional EDI Lead. You’ll help shape, guide and embed inclusive practice across every level of the game.

This is a strategic volunteer role for someone who can:

• influence positively
• have honest and constructive conversations
• ensure our policies, plans and actions reflect the communities we serve.

From supporting counties, leagues and clubs, to aligning with England Netball and Sport England priorities, you’ll play a key part in making our sport more accessible, representative and welcoming for all.

If you believe Netball should be a space where everyone belongs, and you’re ready to help drive that vision forward, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a voluntary role.
